The course will acquaint Metro employees with King County’s policies on prohibiting discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and inappropriate conduct. It will focus on identifying the differences between healthy and toxic workplace cultures and explore strategies for intervening as a peer when inappropriate behavior arises in the workplace.
